Effective psychotherapy has the ability to create meaningful change in one’s life. Whether you are looking for freedom from symptoms, seeking to gain a better understanding of yourself, or hoping to build stronger personal or professional relationships, psychoanalytic psychotherapy can help you achieve your goals.

One of the most important aspects of a successful therapeutic experience is the relationship that is co-created between client and therapist. Throughout our work together we will explore your experiences, memories, and relationship patterns in pursuit of gaining a deeper understanding of how they have come to shape you and the way you view the world. This process has the potential to lead to profound shifts in perspective, which can bring about lasting positive changes.

I am a Licensed Psychoanalyst. I completed the 4 year Psychoanalytic Training program at The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) and hold a Master’s Degree in Educational Psychology. I work with individuals and couples virtually and in-person in my practice on the Upper East Side.
